  1. Nice pic of the caramel corn. May I ask what type of chocolate you used for your drizzle? Did it stay soft or did it harden like a chocolate shell?

    Also you may want to try Mushroom Popcorn kernels the next time you make caramel corn. It won’t clump and break like the regular popcorn pictured.

    Thanks for your comments! It’s always fun to see people we don’t know in person visiting! The chocolate on the popcorn was some tempered random chocolate that we used when we made our Christmas potato candy: https://linsenbardt.net/?p=4438 I still had some left in the squeeze bottle that needed to be used up!
